Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Answer:  A, B, and C together take 10 days to complete a piece of work.

Step-by-step explanation:

Since we have given that

Number of days in which A and B can do a piece of work = 12 days

Number of days in which B and C can do a piece of work = 15 days

Number of days in which C and A can do a piece of work = 20 days

L.C.M of 12, 15, 20 = 60

Number of units done by A and B = 60/12 = 5

Number of units done by B and C = 60/15 = 4

Number of units done by C and A = 60/20 =3

Number of days all A, B and C take together is given by

60 x2 /(5+4+3)

=120/12

=10

Hence, A, B, and C together take 10 days to complete a piece of work.
