Yes, BD and CD are equal
As it is given that BDEF & DCEF are parallelograms
Thus,
BD//EF
DC//EF
And we can see that EF is a common base of BDEF & CDFE
Thus by the theorem : parallelograms on the same base have equal area
BDEF =DCEF
Also opposite sides of parallelogram are equal
Thus
EF =BD
EF=CD
Sine things equal to same things are equal to each other
BD=DC
Hence Proved
(This can be also proved by [MPT] midpoint theorem)
