She says that she wont let it go below 100 , 000 francs . When Gaston and jeanne arrive the julliette runs upstairs. Gaston and Jeanne fight with each other . Gaston argues that he is not interested in buying the villa . After that Juliiette returns and having conversation she decides the villa for 200 thousand francs . Gaston sells the villa to al smith for 300 thousand and makes a profit .
