Harris thought that he could do the packing more better then his friends and he adviced to do the packing himself. He wants to boss the job.

Harris is shown as a proud man towards his packing goals. His real intentions were shown different while he was packing off.

He wanted others to do his work while he supervises them that make him irritated. This results in messing up the work and he has to redo all the packing.
