Simplify :

 \sf \:   (\sqrt{x}  ) ^{ \frac{ - 2}{3} }  \sqrt{ {y}^{4} }  \div  \sqrt{xy ^{ \frac{ - 1}{2} } }
 \sf \: Answer :  \dfrac{ {y}^{ \frac{9}{4} } }{ {x}^{ \frac{5}{6} } }
