Final velocity

v = u + at

u = 0 m/s, a = 2 m/s2

final velocity, v = 0 + 2x10 = 20 m/s

final velocity, v = 20 m/s

Distance travelled,

s = ut +  \frac{1}{2} a {t}^{2}  \\ s =  \frac{1}{2} a {t}^{2}  \\ s =  \frac{1}{2}  \times 2 \times  {10}^{2}  \\ s = 100  \: meter

Answer: We know that if it starts from rest so,

CASE 1/PART 1

u=0m/s

t= 10 sec

v= ?

a= 2m/s^2

v= u+at

v= 0+2*10

v=20m/s

CASE 2/PART 2

s= ?

so by using 2as=v^2-u^2

2*2*s= 20^2-0^2

4s= 400

s= 400/4

s= 100m
