= Whatever the decision the poet had made at one time in his life has made him what he is. The poet sighs but does not not regret his decisions.

After some time the poet thought what would happen if he chose the another path.He took a challenging path.He thinks that it had made all the differences in his life.if he had chosen the other ,his life would very easy . Therefore he regrets his choice.
