We fall ill because of following :-

1- We get in contact with an ill person

2-Beacuse of vectors for eg:-housefly, which sits on our food and makes it unhealthy or infected in other words

3-Our immune system specially the WBC's become less and doesn't fightbacks bacteria and viruses in the way thay do normally, which is because of our diet
