Since XOY is a straight line

b+a +∠POY = 180

But ∠POy = 90

b +a = 180 -90 = 90....(1)

a:b = 2:3

b = 3a/2 ..(2)

From equation 1 &2

3a /2 +a = 90

5a /2 = 90

a = 90 /5 *2

a = 36

from equation  2

b = 3/2 *36 = 54

Since XY and MN intersect at o

c = 36 +90 = 126

Thus  ∠c = 126
