so to make it continuous subtract the highest value of a class and from the lowest value of the next class and then divide by 2, then no. u get add it to the highest value u took (i.e 11 that we had taken) and subtract from the lowest value of the next class (i.e 12 that we had taken).

so, 12-11 =1 => 0.5

now add 0.5 to 11 that is 11.5

add subtract 0.5 from 12 that is 11.5

do the same for all the class

subtract for the lowest no. that is for and add for larger no. for each class

now 3.5 -11-5 ,11.5-19.5,19.5-27.5,27.5-35.5,35.5-43.5

to get the class mark, subtract the highest value of the class from the lowest value  11.5 - 3.5 = 8

Hence, 8 is the class mark of each class.
