1.1) the small farmers are not able to do work properly . 2) they don't have enough money to pay taxes. 4) as we all know that in today's time the farmers need more capital than before to increase their crop protection. they are not able to do farming properly bcoz of the lack of less land .
2.Human capital refers to the production factors, coming from human beings, we use to create goods and services. Our knowledge, skills, habits, and social and personality attributes all form part of the human capital that contributes to the creation of goods and services. Our creativity also contributes.
3.Non farming activities are those which do not include farming as a source of income. These include construction, manufacturing, transporting, communication, trade and mining among others. These are as efficient as farming and provide livelihood to a large population in rural parts of the country.Farm activities include agriculture (crop production), plantation, animal husbandry (milk, meat, egg etc), forestry & logging and fishing, whereas the non-farm sector includes all other activities like agro-processing industries, wholesale and retail trading, storage and communication, transport and education , health
4.Dairy is also a non-farm work , In villages setting up Dairy services can be started for welfare of villagers. in villages we can set up small scale industries for promotion of local handicrafts like basket weaving , pottery etc.
5.(i) Land refers to all resources provided by nature used in production while labour refers to human efforts in production. (ii) Land supply cannot be increased while labour is both geographically and occupationally mobile. ... (iv) Land produces raw materials for production while labour provides services in production
6.The difference between the land and capital: The land is a natural resource, whereas the capital represents the financial assets which are in the form of cash, or any equipment. The supply of the land is finite, whereas the supply of the capital is infinite.
7.(i) The medium and large farmers have their own savings from farming. ... (ii) In contrast, the small farmers have to borrow money to arrange for the capital. They borrow from large farmers or the village moneylenders or the traders who supply various inputs for cultivation.
8.The factors of production are resources that are the building blocks of the economy; they are what people use to produce goods and services. Economists divide the factors of production into four categories: land, labor, capital, and entrepreneurship.
