1.Number systems are the technique to represent numbers in the computer system architecture, every value that you are saving or getting into/from computer memory has a defined number system. Decimal system is used by us in day to day life.

2.A base is the available numbers in a numbering system. Decimal is a term that describes the base-10 number system, probably the most commonly used number system.
