Read the Passage Below
Once, two friends were walking through the forest. On the way, they had an argument and
the first one slapped the other in the face. The second one was hurt, and wrote in the sand, " Today
my best friend slapped me in the face". They kept walking and came across a river. The second
one tried to swim but started drowing in the water. The first friend saved him. The second one this
time wrote on a stone;" Today my best friend saved my life".
The first friend asked the second. "when I slapped you, you wrote in sand and when I saved
you, you wrote on a stone. Why? The other one replied, 'The winds can erase the words on sand
but no wind can erase the words on stone. When some one does bad to us, we should forget and
when they do good we should remember forever".
The first friend hugged the other one.
