State the meaning of inherited traits and acquired traits. Which
of the two is not passes on the next generation? Explain with the
help of an example.

Inherited traits : A characteristics that is transmitted genetically from one generation to the next.The characteristics that we have received from our biological parents.
eg : eye colour, height, blood group.
Aqired traits : a physical characteristic that is not inherited but developed during life. An aquired trait is non-heritable.
eg : things that we learned like readind, writing, driving etc.
