2.The unit of measuring electric charge is the Coulomb(C), named after Charles-Augustin Coulomb,an 18th century French physicist. Coulomb developed the law that says "like charges repel; and unlike charges attract". A Coulomb is defined as the amount of charge transported by a current of 1 ampere for 1 second.

3.A neutral charge is the electrochemical occurrence Where are atom has an equal number of electrons and protons. such an atom is neither positively charged not negatively charged because the protons and electrons balance Each Other out.
