You are the Sports Captain of your school. The vice captains and school teams feel that they should be allowed to design their sports uniforms.
Discuss: 1. what the reason for this feeling could be?
According to me the reason could be the feeling of sportsmanship & unity is behind this decision. I think team & VC wants to design uniform by them because they want to add something which shows the unity of team & feeling of being together. It is also that teams know better than the designers that where & in what conditions they are going to play & need to perform so they want the fabric & cloth according to geographic & weather conditions on ground. So I’m with the team in this decision after taking sponsors under considerations.
2. The advice you would give them all.
I will tell them that it’s nothing wrong to get self-designed uniform but its 1st right of sponsors & school management under whom we are going play so we should take permissions & consideration of them at 1st place. We must convince them for this without losing their faith & sponsorship. Then only we can get our dream colour sport jersey.
