L.H.S

a × (b + c)

 \frac{1}{2}  \times ( \frac{3}{5}  +  \frac{( - 2)}{7} )

 \frac{1}{2}  \times ( \frac{ 21-10}{35} )

 \frac{ 11}{70}

R.H.S

(a × b) + (a × c)

( \frac{1}{2}  \times  \frac{3}{5} ) + ( \frac{1}{2}  \times   \frac{( - 2)}{7} )

 \frac{3}{10}  +  \frac{( - 2)}{14}

 \frac{3}{10}  + ( \frac{ - 1}{7})

L.C.M of 10 and 7 is 70

 \frac{21 - 10}{70}

 \frac{11}{70}

Hence,

L.H.S = R.H.S

It is proved
