on the basic of ownership resources classified into 4 types :-
1) Individual resource :- These r also owned privately by individuals. many farmers own land which is allotted to them by government against payment of revenue. plantations, pasture lands , ponds water in wells r owned by individuals.
2) Community owned resources :- These r resource which r accessible to all members of community. village commons (grazing ground ,burial ground, village ponds ) public parks , picnic spots , urban areas r de facto accessible to all people living there.
3) National resources :- technically all things Belong to nation . all the minerals ,water , forest ,water lamdlife, ocean and all thing is belong to nation .
4) International resource :- there r international institutions which regulates some resources. the Oceanic resources boyond 200 nautical miles of " exclusive economic zone belong to open ocean &no individual country can utilize these without the concurrence of international institutions
