$ On the basis of origin;- biotic & abiotic

$. On the basis of exhaustibity:- renewable & non renewable resources

$. On the basis of ownership:- individual, community, national & international

$. On the basis of status of development:- potential, developed, stocks & reserves

€. Individual resources:- these are thre resources which are owned by individuals

Here it's eg :- land , house , etc

€. Community :- these are the resources which are accessible to all the members

Here it's eg:- worship places, burial ground,hospitals

€. National:- these are the resources which are owned by individual nations are called national resources

Here it's eg :- water resources, railway, road & forest

€. International:- these are oceanic resources beyond the exclusive economic zone of the countries and those polar regions

2. Community : These are owned by community. For example:- Pond is used by everyone in the village.

3. National : These are the resources owned by a country. For example:- Roads, etc .
