▶⏩ On the basis of ownership , resources are classified into four parts:-)
↪➡ 1. Individual Resources.
=> This is the type of resources owned by an individual.
=> Example:- Land, plot, farm, house, apartment, shop, etc. owned by any individual.
↪➡ 2. Community Resources.
=> The resources commonly owned by a group of people in a community are called community resources.
=> Example:- Village pond or lake, village forests, grazing grounds, burial or cremation grounds, public or district parks, playgrounds, etc.
↪➡ 3. National Resources.
=> Technically all resources belong to the nation. Government can acquire anyone's property for the welfare of the entire population.
=> Example:- Acquisition of farm land for broadening of roads, construction of new roads, canals, railways, extraction of mineral wealth, etc.
↪➡ 4. International Resources.
=> There are international institutions which own and regulate some resources.
=> Example:- The oceanic resources beyond 200 nautical miles of the Exclusive Economic Zone belong to open ocean and no individual country can utilize these without the concurrence of international institutions.
