It's an irrational number because it is not possible to represent it in P/Q form.
⊙ As we know Numbers like Root 36 are rational because When we will do it's prime factorization all the numbers will come in pair and we will get 6 as answer.
BUT IN CASE OF 23 ITS PRIME FACTORIZATION IS = 1*23.
⊙ Here numbers are not coming in pair , so it's irrational.
