Spirogyra is an Autotroph and Fungi are Heterotrophs.

Autotrophs are organisms that produce complex organic compounds from simple surrounding substances usually by photosynthesis or by other inorganic chemical pathways.

Spirogyra is an autotrophic filamentous chlorophyte green algae. It is named so due to the presence of spirally arranged chloroplasts. When there are enough sunlight and warmth, Spirogyra produces large amounts of oxygen which adhere as bubbles in between the tangled filaments.

Heterotrophs are organisms that absorb organic carbon to synthesize compounds and produce energy. Fungi are heterotrophs that do not have chlorophyll and they obtain the food and organic material from the external sources in the environment.
