Given acids are ,

  • \sf HCl
  • \sf HNO_3
  • \sf H_2SO_4
  • \sf H_3BO_3
  • \sf H_3PO_4

\sf HCl,HNO_3\:\&\:H_3BO_3have basicity 1 . Hence they are monobasic acid . Hydrochloric Acid and Nitic acid release one H+ ion in water , whereas Boric acid is OH- ion acceptor .

✤ Here , Sulphuric acid is a dibasic acid since it release two H+ ions in water .

\boxed{\tt{\pink{ \underset{\blue{Sulphuric\:acid}}{H_2SO_4}+\underset{\blue{Water}}{H_2O}\longrightarrow 2H^+ + SO_4^{2-}}}}

✤ Here , Orthophosphoric acid has three replaceable hydrogen ions , so it has a basisity of 3 and hence is a tribasic acid.

Hence Here ,

\sf\orange {Monobasic\:Acid}\:-\:HCl,HNO_3,H_3BO_3

\sf\orange {Dibasic\:Acid}\:-\:H_2SO_4,

\sf\orange {Tribasic\:Acid}\:-\:H_3PO_4
