Both of them belongs to -I group.

Explanation:

1. In SO3H, the three oxygens present will pull the electron towards themselves making the sulphur electron deficient. Sulphur which inturn has also a good electronegativity (however less than O) would pull the electron from the groups it has attached.

So, it belongs to -I group.

2. Amides which has carbonyl oxygen and a nitrogen with lone pair is resonance stabilized and would pull electron towards themselves.

So, it also belongs to -I group.
