Potassium sulphate(K₂SO₄) is neutral as it is a salt of a strong acid(H₂SO₄) and a strong base(KOH).

Ammonium chloride(NH₄Cl) is acidic as it is a salt of strong acid(HCl) and weak base(NH₄OH).

Sodium carbonate(Na₂CO₃) is basic as it is a salt of weak acid(H₂CO₃) and strong base(NaOH).

Sodium chloride(NaCl) is neutral as it is a salt of strong acid(HCl) and strong base(NaOH).

Hope it helps!!
