Answer:

Explanation:

a) The ratio of two extensive properties of the same object or system is an intensive property. For example, the ratio of an object's mass and volume, which are two extensive properties, is density, which is an intensive property.

b) Extensive properties : Enthalpy and volume. Intensive properties: Molar heat capacity temperature. Extensive properties depends on the quantity of matter but intensive properties do not.

c)An extensive property is a property that depends on the amount of matter in a sample. Mass and volume are examples of extensive properties. An intensive property is a property of matter that depends only on the type of matter in a sample and not on the amount.

d) Entropy and heat capacity are extensive property as they depend upon amount of substance. Refractive index, viscosity, surface tension are intensive property as they are independent of amount of substance.
