Non-magnetic – Copper, Phosphorous, Soil, Water, Silver, Mercury, Wood, Oil.

Magnetic – Iron, Nickel and Cobalt.

Copper is weakly magnetic in nature that can’t be observed until it is a large magnetic field. Hence it falls under non-magnetic.

Only iron, nickel and cobalt shows the effect due to the magnet and can be magnetized that convert them into a magnet as well.
