Hydrochloric acid and water form maximum boiling point azeotrope at the composition x(H2O)=0.889 and x (HCl)=0.111 (or 20.2% HCl) which boils at 381.6 K (or 108.6°C) which has higher than that of pure water. Nitric acid (HNO3) and water also form maximum boiling azeotrope.
