Himalayas can be classified of regions from West to East :
Punjab Himalayas: it lies between Indus and Sutluj

Kumaon Himalayas: it lies between Sutluj and Kali

Nepal Himalayas: it lies between Kali and Tista

Assam Himalayas: it lies between Tista and Dihang
