1. Himadri: (upto 6500m) consist of snow peaks throughout the year form glacier are found in this form which river originated.

2. Himachal range: south of the himadari is himachal range (upto 4500m high) or hill station are in this are important ranges are pir pangal range.

3. Shivalik range: (upto 1100m) consist of sedimentary rock there are vallies called Dun , sugest dehradun , cotlidun , patlidun.
