eqn. of given circle = (x-4)^2 + (y-6)^2 = r^2

as A (8,6) lies on circle put x=8 and y=6

we get r^2=16

r=4

now as B(x,10) lies on circle

put x=x and y=10

(x-4)^2 + 16 = 16

=> x-4=0

x=4
