On moving a distance of 60 metres towards the foot of the tower to a point Q,the angle of elevation increases to 60°. Find the height of the tower and the distance of the tower from the point P. 3:28 PM can any one know the solution​

Let PR be the tower and PQ be the ground.

Let point Q be at a distance of 30 m from the tower

Given 30° is the angle of elevation

∴tan30 ∘ = PQ/PR

⇒PR=PQtan30°

⇒PR= 30/√3

⇒PR=10√3m
