Clayey soil is used for making pots and toys.Why?

Answer:

This soil retains moisture and becomes very sticky when wet. Dry clayey soil is hard so the pots and and toys will not break. Hence clayey soil is used to make pots and toys. Clay objects can be fired in a kiln and will become solid.
