Clean India is a campaign started by our prime minister Mr.Narendra Modi . In his attempt of cleaning India they are trying to clean our country before 2 October 2019 , which is Mahatma Gandhi's hundred and fiftieth birth anniversary. Their plan is to create awareness among people the importance of cleanliness in our country India . By this plan all citizens will be encouraged to keep their surroundings clean . PM Modi started the movement by picking up a broom to sweep public roads. This attempt of his has changed the mindset of people lot of change had come like cleanliness drives have been organised in schools, offices and colonies to pick up garbage, install dustbins, clear the drains. With this campaign one more campaign was launched that is Clean Ganga Champain. it will also help in controlling the spread of disease due to infections through germs that breed in dirt and accumulated water. I wish that this Champain will lead a great success and all citizens of India will contribute to keep India clean.

It was on 2ndOctober, i.e. the day of Mahatma Gandhi Jayanti, in the year 2014 that he made an official announcement of the special campaign of "Swaccha Bharat Abhiyan" led by our current Prime Minister Shri. Narendra Damodardas Modi.
It was felt that Cleanliness is the need of the hour and yes, a great campaign was taken up of "Cleanliness".

Friends, Cleanliness is very important part and yes , the major part of this campaign is to make each and every part of India whether it's rural or urban , it should be Clean, hygienic and pollution free.

So, it should be our duty to take one step ahead against the Swacchta Abhiyan and make our region, our state , our country a disease free, a pollution free and a completely developed country.

So, let's take one step ahead as cleanliness is next to godliness.
