This team of college and school going students can then generate some funds through collection. We already do to for Ganesh Chaturthi, Durga Pooja and New year celebration etc. I think people will start contributing as their awareness is growing.
Then, based on the monetary collection and students can start cleanliness drive every 2 weeks. Its important that if they create a mechanism to manage waste, its maintained as well in long run by proper delegation of responsibilities.
