Subject - Complaint against the faulty product.
Sir,
I am Jenny D'Souza and I purchased an electric iron from Star Company on January 2, 2021. The product turned out to be faulty. The product has temperature issues.
My clothes got damaged due to this reason. Additionally, the body of the product is of low quality. It has already got scratch and dent marks.
The interaction with customer service has been highly disappointing. The person named Seema did not listen to my query. Rather she started yelling.
I request immediate replacement product and do look into the behaviour of person attending to customer care. Hope for a response and corporation from the company.
