To Find : plot the point and draw quadrilateral

Solution:

(-4,9)

go 4 left of  origin  and then go 9 up

(-8,9)

go  8 left of  origin   and then go 8 up

(-9,7)

go 9 left of  origin  and then go 7 up

(-9,4)

go 9 left of  origin  and then go 4 up

join  (-4,9)  with (-8,9)  and  (-9,4)

join (-9,7) with  (-8,9)  and  (-9,4)
