Seniors can combat health problems they may face in certain ways.

1. Daily physical exercise- Physical exercise, meditations, morning walks, and yoga are very important to be a daily practice especially for seniors to combat health problems. Physical activities make the metabolism strong and keep the body healthy.

2. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle- Proper diet, sleep schedule, and positive environment are necessary to tackle the risk of the various diseases that comes with growing age. Restricting unhealthy foods, excess sweets, and fat can lower the risk of heart diseases that comes with increasing age.

3. Positive engagement- Senior citizens often face boredom due to a lack of active work. After retirement, they face a major change because life seems to be ideal. Reading books, Gardening, learning something new can be very engaging for elderly people. It can act as a good distraction.
