pole: the midpoint (geometrical centre) of spherical mirror is known as pole
Centre of curvature: all normals of rays converge at a point.that is known as centre of curvature
Focus:the rays coming from the light parallel to the principle axis of concave mirror converge at a point this is called focus
Radius of curvature: the line passing through centre of curvature and pole is known as radius of curvature
Focal length: the distance between focus and pole is known as focal length
principal axis:the horizontal line passing through centre of curvature is known as principal axis
object distance:the distance between object and mirror is known as object distance
image distance: the distance between image and mirror is known as image distance
magnification:the relation between size of object and size of image
