Explanation:

Since water inside the bottle taken out from the refrigerator have lower temperature then the outside air in the atmosphere, due to this temperature difference air (with moisture in it ) get condense as it losses heat and thus water vapor present in the air form water droplets on the outer surface of the bottle.
