Chalcosis results in deposition of copper on lens capsule (sunflower cataract), Descemet's membrane (Kayser- Fleischer ring), iris (green discolouration), sluggish pupillary response, vitreous degeneration and liquefaction, yellow retinal plaques and degeneration.
