First of all your question is misleading and incorrectly formed.
Second, Robert Clive after defeating Siraj ud Daulah in Bengal, on 23 June, 1757 was able to consolidate control over 'subas' (provinces) of Bengal by replacing him with his army chief Mir Jafar.
Thus the skirmish at Plassey was critical to the East India Company’s triumph over its French rivals and, in the longer term, to the establishment of British rule in India which further bolstered the dominion and expansion of British empire over India.
The victory of the East India Company at the Battle of Plassey thus led to Clive laying down the foundation for the expansion of British empire in the future.
