Solid :-

A solid has a definite shape and volume.

Liquid :-

A liquid has a definite volume but it takes the shape of a container.

Gas :-

a gas fills the entire volume of a container.

Ceballos-Dosamantes (1897) says that: all the Cosmic Material is comprised in the following three fundamental states:
