The answer is (2) 1.
At least 1 number should be greater than 0 to make the average 0.

For example:
Take the n numbers as: '-1', '-1', '-1', '-1' .......(n-1) times and '(n-1)'
Here there are (n-1) negative terms and one positive term.

Average = [(-1)+(-1)+...(n-1) times + (n-1)]/n
            = [-(n-1) + (n-1)]/n = 0
