Cnidarians are considered as radially symmetrical whereas mammals are considered as bilaterally symmetrical .Why?​

It is because when cnidarians are cut..it is divided into two identical halves.

So it is considered as radially symmetric.

Whereas mammals body are cut into identical left and right halves
