CO is Stable If yes then why

Yes CO is a stable gas.CO is somewhat reactive, but any reactions of CO have nothing to do with things with a positive charge. The hemoglobin in your blood will preferentially combine with CO over O2. CO has a triple bond which is very strong and difficult to break. Free radicals have unpaired electrons and are very reactive, but CO is not a free radical. In CO, both C and O have complete octets.
