Co2 is heavier than both nitrogen and oxygen . Why doesn’t it form a lower layer in the atmosphere

Though carbon dioxide is heavier than air, but it has a tendency to mix with other gases of air and since the rest gases are found at higher altitude so the carbon dioxide could not be able to be in the lower layer of atmospheric air.

atmosphere is a mixture of gase
also carbon dioxide is very very less amout in our atmosphere it is not possible to form a layer in atmosphere
