CO2 is inorganic because it has 1 atom of Carbon and 2 atoms of oxygen .
for any compound to be organic it is necessary that its has at least one atom of carbon and one atom of hydrogen , in other words organic compounds are the compounds which has both hydrogen and carbon in it, whereas there is no hydrogen atom in co2 therefore its not organic
