(a) HgCl2

● Explaination -
- CO2 is a linear molecule with C-atom in the middle and two O-atoms bonded at 180°.
- HgCl2 is also a linear molecule with Hg-atom in the middle & Cl-atoms on the sides.
- Therefore, we can say that CO2 is isostructural with HgCl2.
