When water in the coastal areas are heated during summer it retains its heat for long compared to central areas where it gets heated faster and loses its heat faster.During winter season ,the oceans releases the heat retained during Summer .The heat is released inform of water vapour .This water vapour increases amount of humidty in the atmosphere along the coastal regionsu
